
Bahan:
- 500gr Tenderloin
- 3 buah Lemon
- 20ml L n P sauce
- Garam dan merica secukupnya
- 1 butir Telur
- 250gr Tepung panir halus
- 1 liter Minyak
- 400gr Kentang
- 50gr Butter
- Mixed herb secukupnya
Cara Masak:
- Potong dan tipiskan tenderloin lalu beri perasan lemon, L n P sauce, garam, dan merica.
- Masukan daging ke kocokan telur lalu ke tepung panir.
- Goreng dengan minyak banyak dan api sedang.
- Tumis potongan kentang dengan butter bersama taburan mixed herb.
- Sajikan beef schnitzel bersama tumisan kentang dan irisan jeruk lemon.
