
Bahan:
- 5 x 150 gr Beef Tenderloin Franz Deli
- Garam dan lada hitam secukupnya
- 1 tbsp Paprika bubuk
- 100 ml Classico Bertolli Olive Oil
Spicy Tuna Sauce:
- 50 gr Lurpak Butter Unsalted
- 50 gr Bawang bombay, potong halus
- 4 tbsp Lada hitam, tumbuk kasar
- 30 ml Red wine
- 250 ml Knorr Demi glace
Cara Masak:
- Siapkan potongan daging, lumuri dengan garam, lada hitam, bubuk paprika, dan minyak lalu diamkan 10 menit.
- Panaskan butter lalu masukan semua bahan black pepper dan didihkan.
- Tiriskan daging lalu bakar sesuai tingkat kematangan yang diinginkan.
- Sajikan Tenderloin steak bersama olahan karbohidrat dan olahan sayur serta black pepper sauce.
