
Bahan:
- 500 gr Barilla Farfalle
- 1,5 litre air
- Garam secukupnya
- Paprika cincang secukupnya
- 2 tbsp Extra Light Bertolli Olive oil
Pesto Sauce:
- 150 gr Barilla Pesto Genovese
- 100 gr Parmesan Grated Pantalica
- 50 gr Walnuts
- 5 biji Bawang Putih utuh
- Garam dan lada hitam secukupnya
- 250 ml Extra Light Bertolli Olive oil
- 400 gr Vienna Chicken Bratwurst
Cara Masak:
- Didihkan air, beri garam dan minyak, lalu rebus Farfalle beberapa menit lalu tiriskan.
- Haluskan semua bumbu pesto sauce lalu tumis bersama daging yang sudah dipotong.
- Masukkan Farfalle dan aduk rata.
- Sajikan bersama taburan keju parmesan dan paprika cincang.
