
Bahan:
- 500 gr Barilla Fettucini
- 1,5 litre air
- Garam secukupnya
- 2 tbsp Extra Light Bertolli Olive oil
Carbonara Sauce:
- 100 gr Vienna Beef Bacon
- 50 ml Extra Light Bertolli Olive oil
- 5 biji Bawang Putih utuh
- 75 gr Parmesan Grated Pantalica
- 1 Kuning Telur
- 250 ml Elle & Vire Cooking cream
- 100 ml Green Fields Full Cream Milk
- Garam & Lada Hitam secukupnya
- 1 tbsp Parsley, potong halus
Cara Masak:
- Didihkan air, beri garam dan minyak, lalu rebus fettucini beberapa menit lalu tiriskan.
- Panaskan minyak lalu tumis garlic, bacon, dan fettucini.
- Tuangkan campuran dari parmesan cheese, cooking cream, milk, and egg yolk.
- Masak sebentar agar tidak menggumpal.
- Sajikan bersama taburan keju parmesan dan parsley.
