
Bahan:
- 600gr Pork rib
- 200gr Palm sugar
- 100gr Gula
- 2 sdm Lada hitam
- 80ml Air
- 320ml Soy sauce
- 8 siung Bawang putih
- 8 siung Bawang merah
- 6 sdm Selai nanas
Cara Masak:
- Campurkan semua bumbu lalu didihkan.
- Dinginkan saus, lalu rendam pork rib bersama saus selama 30 menit.
- Siapkan oven dengan suhu 200º C dan masukkan Pork rib selama 20 menit.
- Keluarkan pork rib dan olesi dengan selai nanas lalu masukkan kembali ke oven dengan suhu 250º C selama 5 menit.
