
Bahan:
- 500 gr Barilla Penne Rigatte
- 1,5 litre Air
- Garam Secukupnya
- 2 tbsp Extra Light Bertolli Olive oil
Spicy Tuna Sauce:
- 100 ml Extra Light Bertolli Olive oil
- 1 kg Kerang Hijau
- 5 biji Bawang Putih utuh
- 75 gr Cirio Tomato Polpa
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 50 ml White wine
- Garam dan Lada Hitam secukupnya
- 30 gr Parsley
Cara Masak:
- Didihkan air, beri garam dan minyak, lalu rebus penne beberapa menit lalu tiriskan.
- Panaskan minyak sampai panas lalu tumis clam sampai terbuka, masukkan garlic, tomato, dan tuangkan lemon juice serta white wine. Bumbui dengan salt and black pepper lalu masukkan Penne.
- Sajikan bersama taburan keju parmesan dan parsley.
