
Bahan:
- 5 x 150 gr Beef Sirloin Franz Deli
- 1,5 litre Air
- Garam Secukupnya
- 2 tbsp Extra Light Bertolli Olive oil
Mushroom Sauce:
- 50 gr Lurpak Butter unsaltedl
- 50 gr Bawang bombay, potong halus
- 100 gr Hosen Mushroom button
- 30 ml Red wine
- 250 ml Knorr Demi glace
- 3 tbsp Elle & Vire Cooking cream
- 1 tbsp Parsley, potong halus
Cara Masak:
- Siapkan potongan daging, lumuri dengan garam, lada hitam, bubuk paprika, dan minyak lalu diamkan 10 menit.
- Panaskan butter lalu masukan semua bahan mushroom sauce dan didihkan.
- Tiriskan daging lalu bakar sesuai tingkat kematangan yang diinginkan.
- Sajikan Sirloin Steak bersama olahan karbohidrat dan olahan sayur serta mushroom sauce.
