
Bahan:
- 500 gr Barilla Spaghetti no. 5
- 1,5 litre Water
- Garam secukupnya
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Parmesan Grated “Pantalica” secukupnya
- Parsley secukupnya
Bolognese Sauce:
- 250 gr Daging sapi cincang
- 50 ml Minyak
- 75 gr Bawang Bombay, finely diced
- 75 gr Wortel, finely diced
- 50 gr Seledri
- 100 gr Tomat, diced
- 2 tbsp Leggo’s Pasta tomato
- 2 tbsp Tepung terigu
- 250 ml Air
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Basil
- Garam dan lada hitam secukupnya
Cara Masak:
- Didihkan air, beri garam dan minyak, lalu rebus spaghetti beberapa menit lalu tiriskan.
- Panaskan minyak lalu tumis daging sapi cincang sampai matang.
- Masukkan wortel potong dadu, bombay potong dadu, batang seledri.
- Masukkan tomat cincang dan pasta tomat, lalu tepung dan aduk rata.
- Masukkan air lalu beri rempah dan didihkan sambil diaduk.
- Sajikan bersama taburan keju parmesan dan parsley.
