
Bahan:
- 500 gr Barilla Fusilli
- 1,5 litre Air
- Garam secukupnya
- 2 tbsp Extra Light Bertolli Olive oil
Spicy Tuna Sauce:
- Extra Light Bertolli Olive oil secukupnya
- 5 biji Bawang Putih utuh
- 50 gr Bawang bombay, potong tipis
- 30 gr Parsley
- 250 gr Tuna chunks
- 75 gr Chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Thyme
- Garam dan Lada Hitam secukupnya
- 50 gr Parmesan grated Pantalica
Cara Masak:
- Didihkan air, beri garam dan minyak, lalu rebus fusilli beberapa menit lalu tiriskan.
- Panaskan minyak lalu tumis garlic, onion, tuna, chilli flakes, dan bumbu lainya lalu aduk rata.
- Campurkan fusilli bersama bumbu spicy tuna.
- Sajikan bersama taburan keju parmesan.
